Angela R. Turner | president . owner
Prior to launching the company, Turner was vice president of affiliate marketing and national media with Sony Pictures Television, where she was responsible for formulating the overall marketing priorities and national media strategies for Sony Pictures Television’s syndicated series, as well as PPV and VOD movie titles distributed by the company. Turner managed media budgets in excess of $10 million annually and was instrumental in many marketing campaigns that include the launches of Judge Hatchett, Judge Maria Lopez, as well as the successful syndication launch of The King of Queens and the enduring campaigns for Seinfeld. Turner managed the affiliate marketing plans and efforts for the VOD releases of movies such as Talladega Nights, Pink Panther, The Da Vinci Code, and Be Cool. She was promoted to vice president in June 2001, after serving as director, affiliate marketing for three years – a position where she established the department, its systems and relationships with station clients, agencies, and vendors. Prior to joining SPT, Turner was an advertising and promotion executive for Twentieth Television. From 1994 to 1997, Turner was an integral member of the marketing team that launched United Paramount Network in September 1995, handling affiliate marketing/co-op advertising. Turner created and implemented the affiliate marketing systems for UPN, including co-op advertising, on-air strategies and scheduling, budgets and procedures. Turner has handled publicity and promotions for ROC Productions, developing media and promotion strategies for the company and its principal, Emmy-winning actor Charles S. Dutton. She also held positions at FOX Broadcasting Company in Los Angeles and Turner Broadcasting System in Atlanta. Turner began her career at the advertising agency, Lintas: Campbell-Ewald. Angela is a member of Rotary International and serves on the executive board of PTA at a Chino Valley Elementary School. Launch Lady, LLC is a member of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce. Turner was honored by her alma mater, Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications, as it recognized 40 distinguished alumni in 2005. Turner is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and public relations. She lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and family. |

Angela R. Turner has more than seventeen years of marketing experience. Prior to launching the company, she held a senior marketing position at Sony Pictures Television for nine years and has held various marketing positions at Twentieth Television, FOX Broadcasting, Turner Broadcasting, as well as Lintas: Campbell-Ewald advertising agency.
